Our Guarantee
All tree and shrubs purchased from Young’s are guaranteed for one year. All woody plants installed by Young’s are guaranteed for two years, while labor costs are guaranteed for one year. Only one replacement will be made at our convenience. Transplanting on site by Young’s is not guaranteed. This guarantee does not cover damage or partial dieback caused by severe seasonal conditions, animal browsing or mechanical injuries. Christmas trees, roses, herbaceous materials (annuals, perennials, house plants, etc.), plants grown in above ground containers, and ground covers are excluded from this guarantee. This guarantee is voided on discounted sales and accounts not paid in 30 days. Young’s will sometimes discount certain items pending circumstances. Please note that discounted items will void any guarantee.

Sold material will be held at the nursery for a span of ten days. Exceeding ten days will result in a restocking fee and material will be restocked for sale.
Digital photos of our Woodbury field inventory and specimen material photographed throughout the U.S. are available on CD and can be emailed to you upon request.
Delivery Service
Young’s offers a delivery service to our customers. A small fee will apply depending on the location.
Prices for delivery are subject to change at time of purchase pending the circumstances.
Our delivery service is based on “Drop in Driveway” only. Moving material around the property is based on an hourly rate. Special arrangements for delivery and services outside of Fairfield County can be made with the approval of the Garden Center Manager or General Manager.

Retail Pricing
Young’s Nurseries, Inc. retail price lists represent the material that we have confirmed for delivery to us and also material grown in our own fields. Some material may have to be dug. Some material such as rhododendrons, azaleas, junipers, etc. will be reordered as necessary.
Plant material may be tagged for 30 days with a 25% deposit. If plants are not picked up or arranged for delivery within 30 days tagged material will be made available for sale again and the deposit will be billed as a restocking fee.
Our online catalogs represent one of the largest collections of premium landscape material ever assembled and we hope to have the opportunity to show it to you. Prices and availability are subject to change.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale customers will receive a 25% discount on plant material and 15% discount on hard goods. There are no guarantees on discounted material. In order to receive this discount, a business card, business check and a tax I.D. number is required. For your convenience, volume purchasing can be arranged by direct shipment and further discounts may apply. Deliveries of larger orders placed at the nursery can also be arranged. These arrangements may be made through our General Manager only. Delivery charge is based on availability, size of truck and unloading circumstances.
